You better believe it! I found these photos from the Sao Paulo Fashion Week 2010 while cruising the net. If trends on display are anything to go by, then sunglasses as a fashion accessory are definitely on their way out (or are they?). Seems like they are being replaced by the good old diving mask! Today we received a press release from Bausch&Lomb, the manufacturers of the very popular PureVision contact lens. The company has introduced PureVision Multifocals, one of the most advanced contact lenses for presbyopia. In their campaign they refer to the condition of presbyopia by “long arm syndrome”. Ironically it’s a really fitting description of the experience many people in their mid 40s make when they can’t see close distant objects any more. Those people have in the past had to strart using reading glasses, bifocals or graduated glasses.
