Here are some of the new Lindberg Acetanium frames that were introduced just in September this year at the International Optical Fashion Fair SILMO in Paris. They are now available in the shop and we challenge anyone to find nicer, lighter and more comfortable plastic frames than these Acetaniums. The material Acetanium combines the lightness and comfort of the Lindberg titanium frames, with the creative and modern look of retro plastic frames. All Acetanium frames feature adjustable nose pad arms which are fitted with small cushions made from medical silicon. ... read more

We are getting ready for Women’s Lifestyle Expo 2010 at the end of this months and some exciting new frames are arriving daily. Just this week, we received some new models from Lindberg. This time again from the Strip collection. The Strip model 7175 in particular is great to have in the store. Instead of having the titanium strip going right round the lens, this model is a what’s called “semi-rimless” design. I don’t know why it is, but Danish frame designers seem to be getting it right. We’ve been carrying the Lindberg range of frames for quite a while now and we have recently also added the Bellinger range to our collection of frames. While at Sydney’s ODMA Fair last month I also had a chance to see this outstanding Danish range of Titanium spectacle frames – “orgreen”. The creators of this range, like Lindberg and Bellinger, also work with top grade titanium. What immediately stands out with the “orgreen” are the sculptured fronts and sides of the frames as well as the really refreshing use of colour. ... read more

We have added another Danish range of spectacle frames to our collection. The frames are designed in Denmark and made in Japan. Although the collection includes both, metal and plastic frames, we really like the metal frame, which are all made of titanium. That in itself is not unusual as many frames these days are made of titanium because of it’s strenght, lightness and anti-alergenic properties. What is unusual and refreshing about the “Orgreen” frames is the sculptured design, the finish and the choice of colours – like a breath of fresh air! ... read more
